Welcome to the Strive Supplements Wholesale Program. The following policies are designed to protect our partners, maintain brand integrity, and ensure a consistent experience for all customers.

1. Eligibility

The Strive Wholesale Program is available to qualified businesses, including:

• Clinics, med spas, and wellness centers
• Pharmacies and licensed healthcare facilities
• Authorized retailers with a valid Sales Tax License or Resale Certificate

Strive reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at its sole discretion.

2. Ordering & Minimums

Minimum order quantities vary by product. A select number of SKUs may not require minimums.

For current product-specific minimum order quantities and pricing tiers, please refer to the Strive Wholesale Catalog.

3. Pricing & Discounts

• Wholesale pricing is based on standard MSRP with product-specific discount tiers (up to 50% off).
• Pricing and discount tiers are subject to change with notice.
• All wholesale pricing displayed after logging into your Strive wholesale account is confidential and intended exclusively for approved partners. Sharing or distributing wholesale pricing is strictly prohibited.

4. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

To protect the integrity of the Strive brand and ensure fair market pricing, all wholesale partners must comply with the following MAP terms:

• Products may not be advertised below the current MSRP listed on shop.strivepharmacy.com.
• Discounts, promotions, coupons, or bundled offers that effectively reduce advertised price below MSRP require prior written approval from Strive.
• MAP applies to all promotional and public-facing channels, including:
  • Online listings and eCommerce websites
  • Social media posts
  • Email marketing
  • Print materials

Violations of MAP may result in warnings, temporary suspension of wholesale privileges, or permanent termination of your wholesale account.

5. Sales Channels & Branding Requirements

Where you may sell Strive Supplements:

• In-clinic or in-office retail settings
• Your own or your company’s branded website

Where you may not sell Strive Supplements:

Selling Strive products on large third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Amazon
• Walmart Marketplace
• eBay
• Etsy
• Any online marketplace where new or used goods are sold

Additional brand protection rules:

• Repackaging, relabeling, or altering Strive products is strictly prohibited.
• Partners must use approved product names, descriptions, and imagery whenever possible.
• Misuse of Strive trademarks, logos, or intellectual property may result in account suspension.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Typical wholesale order processing time: 1–4 business days.
• All wholesale orders over $75 ship free within the United States.
• All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Mesa, AZ.
• Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

7. Returns, Damages & Issues

• All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns on wholesale orders.
• If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at shop@strivepharmacy.com.
• To process a claim for damaged or defective items, partners must provide:
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of what occurred
  • The order number
• Strive may issue replacements or credits at its discretion based on the nature of the issue.

8. Payment Terms

• All wholesale orders are prepaid through the Shopify checkout.
• At this time, Strive does not offer Net terms.

9. Account Suspension / Termination

Strive may suspend or terminate wholesale access at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Repeated MAP violations
• Selling on unauthorized marketplaces
• Misrepresentation or misuse of Strive branding
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Failure to comply with program policies

Strive reserves the right to modify these wholesale terms and policies with notice.
