Who Qualifies
Our wholesale program is open to:
- Licensed clinics, wellness centers, medspas, and pharmacies.
- Authorized retailers with a Sales Tax License or Resale Certificate (excluding licensed businesses in states that don't collect sales tax. i.e. Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.)
We welcome both medical and retail professionals who want to offer their patients or customers products they can trust.
*Businesses in states without sales tax may apply with equivalent business documentation.

Complete the Application. Visit our Wholesale Application Form and fill in your business information, contact details, and upload your Sales Tax License or Resale Certificate.
Important:Creating a regular account will not unlock wholesale pricing - you must complete the wholesale application
- Approval (1–2 business days). Once submitted, our team will review your application and send you an email to activate your account by creating a password.
- Start shopping. After activation, log in at shop.strivepharmacy.com to view wholesale pricing. Pricing and volume tiers appear directly on each product page under the Add to cart button.
